SRH Gets A Helping Hand From Phoebe Click here to view video Phoebe Putney Hospital employees reach out to help their colleagues in Americus. The Phoebe hospital employees raised money to help Sumter Regional Hospital employees affected by the March 1st tornado. Wednesday, Phoebe CEO Joel Wernick gave a check for $21,000 to Sumter Regional CEO David Seagraves. The money was donated by Phoebe employees to help Sumter Regional employees. "We continue to have needs that arise among family members there who have been affected by the tornado one way or another. And the money will be used directly to provide employee assistance," said Sumter Regional Hospital CEO David Seagraves. Sumter Regional was destroyed by the March 1st tornado. Amazingly, no patients or employees were seriously injured. |
